Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is at 10:00 or 11:00, depending on the property (see each property's page).

All properties offer self check-in. We will send you the entry instructions by message after your booking is confirmed. After arriving, please complete the check-in procedure (confirmation of guest information and payment of the accommodation tax) using the QR code at the entrance.

Under the Act on Hotels and Other Lodging Businesses, we ask all guests to provide their names, addresses, and other details. Guests without an address in Japan are also required to provide a photo of their passport. You can complete registration before arrival from the page we send after your booking.

Hakodate City charges an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night, separate from the accommodation fee. Please pay at check-in by credit card or in cash.

All properties have parking. The number of vehicles and parking locations vary by property, so please check each property's page.

Depending on the bookings before and after yours, early entry and storage of luggage after check-out (until 14:00) may be possible. After your booking, please inquire through the messaging feature of the site where you booked. Late check-out is not available.

Bookings are accepted on Airbnb and Booking.com. Please check availability and rates using the button on each property's page. For group, long-term, or corporate stays, please consult us through the contact form.

The policy of the site where you booked (Airbnb or Booking.com) applies. Please check it on the booking screen or in your confirmation email.

Wi-Fi is available at all properties. Connection instructions will be provided after check-in is complete.
