A whole-house rental accommodating up to 11 guests, located about a 10-minute walk from JR Hakodate Station. You can walk to the Hakodate Morning Market and restaurants near the station, so you can enjoy sightseeing in Hakodate from the day you arrive.
The first floor has a kitchen and a horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu), and the second floor has a bedroom and a shower room. The interior is decorated with figures and posters, including ONE PIECE characters, creating a nostalgic and distinctive space.
Up to three cars can be parked in front of the property. Please use it as a base for family trips, group trips with friends, or touring Hokkaido by car.

- About Late Checkout — In principle, please check out by 10:00 AM. However, if you wish to sightsee in the city after 10:00 AM, please gather your luggage near the entrance. Please return the key as we will be cleaning in your absence.
- About Parking — Please use the parking lot in front of the facility.
- Regarding the use of washing machines — There are washing machines on the 3rd floor. Please feel free to use them.
- About Staff Stays — Staff generally stay in the room at the back of the 3rd floor at night. We do not enter the 1st or 2nd floor, but the staircase is shared. Staff come and go through the back door, so please do not lock it. If anything comes up, please feel free to contact us directly.

Big house with multiple bedrooms, but looks like it’s setup as a hostel so it has a large communal area / kitchen and multiple toilets / showers. Handy to have the washer / dryer. Good location, owner very responsive and all very clean. Our kids loved the figurines everywhere and Super Nintendo.
Staff is responsive and polite even though not physically present to assist with questions. Patient and answered all the queries even months before the trip and also when we arrived and when we left the lodging. Very responsible and professional.

Had a wonderful stay at Guesthouse Tomoe in Hakodate. The place is very clean, cozy, and welcoming. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful, making guests feel right at home. The location is also convenient for exploring Hakodate. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm and comfortable stay.
