Introducing Each Building

Tomoe.com No.1

This guesthouse was created mainly as a hobby by the owner. Going back five years to 2018, when they started the guesthouse, this was the first one they established.
Previously, the iconic Hakodate cinema, "Tomoe-za," stood next to this guesthouse. Taking inspiration from "Tomoe," they named the guesthouse "Tomoe" and registered it as guesthouse-tomoe.com.
This guesthouse is suitable for multiple families, close-knit groups of friends, and foreigners who love Japanese anime and culture. It can accommodate up to 11 people and offers both whole-house rental and individual room rentals.
We are constantly renewing and improving our facilities, so we hope you'll take the opportunity to stay with us.

No.2 Onepiece House

This is a fully refurbished, whole-house accommodation that can accommodate up to 6 people, acquired by purchasing the abandoned apartment building behind the No. 1 building in 2020.
As the name suggests, it is a paradise for One Piece fans, as it is filled with an abundance of One Piece figures, posters, manga, magazines, and merchandise.
Whether you're a die-hard One Piece enthusiast or just looking for a fun stay with your family and friends, this place is perfect for you.

No.3

This is a whole-house accommodation that opened during the uncertain times of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022, following the No. 1 and No. 2 facilities. The concept of the place is not yet fully defined.
In the living room, we have placed a slightly luxurious sofa and a considerably large TV to create a space where guests can relax and unwind after their travels. The accommodation also offers the presence of Akina Nakamori, the famous Japanese singer, to welcome guests. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
If you're looking for a reasonably priced stay in a calming atmosphere, this accommodation is highly recommended.

No.4

In 2023, a long-awaited whole-house accommodation that can accommodate up to 8 people opened in the historic district of Hakodate, Motomachi.
Located in Motomachi, one of Hakodate's popular tourist spots, the accommodation is a three-story former pension building, now under the ownership of the previous proprietor and managed by Hakodate Shin'ou. It is conveniently situated just a few minutes away from famous Hakodate attractions like the Hakodate Ropeway, Catholic Church, and the Russian Orthodox Church.
On the first floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen and a washing machine, making it an ideal choice for guests seeking a long-term stay and wanting to leisurely explore the charms of Motomachi.
